Biolative was born from both science and lived experience. I come from a family of doctors and spent years working in the pharmaceutical industry, where I developed a deep understanding of how ingredients interact with the body. That background shaped my belief that skincare should be effective, intentional, and rooted in respect for skin health—without unnecessary additives. This is why Biolative is grounded in organic, holistic formulations that support the skin rather than overwhelm it.

Like many people with sensitive skin, I found that most commercial products on the market simply didn’t agree with me. Harsh actives, synthetic fragrances, and over-processed formulas often left my skin irritated instead of nourished. I began to question why truly gentle, thoughtfully formulated skincare was so hard to find.

That question became even more urgent during my first pregnancy. As I searched for pregnancy-safe skincare, I was surprised by how limited the options were. Wanting products I could trust completely, I decided to create my own. 
Around the same time, a child in my family was struggling with severe eczema, and we faced the same frustration: products that promised relief but instead aggravated already compromised skin. This experience directly led to the creation of Biolative’s eczema-focused range, formulated to calm, protect, and support sensitive skin.

Three years later, Biolative was launched with a clear purpose: to create clean, every day but also pregnancy-safe, and results-driven skincare that honors both science and nature. Every formula is crafted with care, integrity, and a commitment to supporting skin through every stage of life.
